Section 19(1) in Bihar Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017
(1)As and when vacancies of Chairperson or any other Member in the Authority exist or arise, or are likely to arise, the State Government may make a reference to the Selection Committee in respect of the vacancies to be filled.
