Section 44(1) in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University Act, 1990
(1)There shall be Selection Committee for making recommendations to the Syndicate for appointment to the posts of Professor, Assistant Professor, Reader, Lecturer and Librarian of Institutions maintained by the University.
