Section 6(8)(c) in National Housing Bank Employees' Regulations, 1994

(c)The inquiring authority shall ask the charge sheeted employee whether he pleads guilty or has any defence to make and if he pleads guilty to any of the articles of charge, the inquiring authority shall record the plea, sign and record and obtain the signature of the employee concerned thereon.
