Section 22(1) in Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2002
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of, -(a)the Vice-Chancellor Chairman(b)the Finance Officer(c)Secretary to the State Government in the Higher Education Department or one officer not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the State Government, Department of Higher Education.(d)such other members as may be prescribed in the statutes.
