Section 77A(2) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958
(2)The alternate arrangements as stipulated in sub-rule (1) shall include a crèche building which shall have a minimum accommodation at the rate of 186 square metres per child and be provided with-(a)suitable wash-room for washing of the children and their clothing.(b)adequate supply of soap and clean towels and clothes; and(c)adequate number of female attendants who are provided with suitable clean clothes for use while on duty to look after the children of the crèche.
