18. Issue of direction to cause investigation on prima facie case.
(1)Where the Commission is of the opinion that a prima facie case exists, the Secretary shall convey the directions of the Commission to the Director General to investigate the matter and furnish a report to the Commission on or before the date specified therein.(2)A direction of investigation to the Director General shall be deemed to be the commencement of an inquiry under section 26 of the Act.
