Section 17 in The Actuaries (Election To The Council) Rules, 2008
17. Admissible number of votes to a voter .-(1) A voter shall have one vote only as per vacancy.
(2)The voter in order to cast his vote shall,-(a)place on his ballot paper a tick mark (v) in the box immediately against the name of the Member he chooses to vote for; and(b)ensure that he does not vote for more Member than there are vacancies to be filled.
