Section 42 in The Orissa Ayurvedic Medicine Act, 1960
42. Section 41 not to apply to certain persons.
- Nothing in Section 41 or rules made thereunder shall apply to any person-(a)who limits his practice to dentistry ; or(b)who being a nurse registered under the Orissa Nurses and Midwives Registration Act, Orissa Act 7 of 1938, or a Health Visitor or a Dai attends on a case of labour.
