(1)The Secretary of the Council shall be the ex officio Secretary of the Executive committee, and any other committees set up by the Council. He shall participate in the discussions but shall not function as a member of the committees whether by way of voting or otherwise.(2)He shall be responsible for convening the meetings of the various Committees of the Council, with the approval of the President.Staff
