Section 6(ii) in Arunachal Pradesh Agriculture/Horticulture Services Rules, 1989
(ii)All the vacant technical posts in the Group 'A', 'B' and 'C' of the Agriculture and Horticulture Department on the date of commencement of the rules shall be includes in the service.
