Section 23(1) in Rajasthan Muslim Wakf Regulations, 1964
(1)The members of the committees shall, at a meeting convened by the Secretary, elect from amongst themselves a President who shall preside at its meetings:Provided that the Chairman of the Board may attend any meeting of any committee and when he is so present, he shall preside over the meeting.
