Section 8(2)(l) in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964

(l)one representative of, and proposed in the prescribed manner by, the Rajasthan Branch of the Farmers Forum; and (m) members not exceeding five to be nominated by the State Government from amongst person interested in soil and water conservation.
