Section 152(1) in Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Rules, 1988
(1)Every employee deemed under sub-section (3) of section 75 to have been absorbed in the common cadre of service shall, within a period of thirty days from the date of constitution of such common cadre of service, intimate his option for not becoming a member of such common cadre of sendee.
