(13)Hydrologist (Geology). - (i) 67 per cent by direct recruitment through the Commission.(ii)33 per cent by promotion through the Commission from amongst substantively appointed Technical Assistant (Geology) who have completed seven years' service, as such, on the first day of the year of recruitment.
