Section 89(1) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(1)In the event of a conflict of opinion with regards to the implementation of the Statute, Ordinances, Rules, and Regulations, the provisions of the Act shall prevail; the decision of the Chancellor of the University on interpretation shall be final and binding.
