Section 14(1) in The Andhra Pradesh State Agricultural Council Act, 2020
(1)The Executive Committee with the previous sanction of the Government may appoint a Secretary with basic degree in Agriculture/Horticulture (Who shall also act as Treasurer unless the Executive Committee appoints any other person as Treasurer) and may appoint such other officers and supporting staff as it may deem necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
