14. Appointment of Secretary and other officers and employees -
(1)The Executive Committee with the previous sanction of the Government may appoint a Secretary with basic degree in Agriculture/Horticulture (Who shall also act as Treasurer unless the Executive Committee appoints any other person as Treasurer) and may appoint such other officers and supporting staff as it may deem necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.(2)The terms and conditions of service of the Secretary, other officers and supporting staff appointed by the Executive Committee shall be such as may be prescribed.(3)All orders and decisions and other instruments of the Executive Committeeshall be authenticated by the signature of the Secretary or any other officer of the Executive Committee duly authorized by it in this behalf.
