24. Other parties to contract.
- Save as otherwise provided in the Act, insurance company, banking institution providing credit, agri-input supplier, knowledge partner, buy-back buyer and other buyer intending to purchase the produce below fair average quality may be parties to the contract, and their roles and services be mentioned in the agreement.
