Section 16 in The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure, Terms And Conditions For Grant Of Transmission License And Other Related Matters) Regulations, 2009
16. Inspection of accounts .-Any person authorised by the Commission shall be entitled to inspect and verify the accounts of the licensee at any reasonable point of time and the licensee shall be under obligation to render all necessary assistance to the person so authorised for inspection of accounts.
