Section 15 in The Orissa Motor Vehicles (Producer of Gas) Rules, 1993
15. Special provisional.
- The projection of any part of a producer beyond the rear of the vehicle shall not be deemed to be a part of the vehicle for the purposes of Sub-rules (2) and (6) of Rule 93 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.(2)No producer shall be fitted to any motor vehicle in such a way that the vehicle thereby contravenes the provisions of Sub-rules (1) and (4) of Rule 93 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989.
