Section 13(2) in West Bengal Electrical Licensing Rules, 2017
(2)The candidate shall submit the following documents with Form A, namely:-(a)a self-declaration in own hand writing certifying ability to read and write in Bengali or Hindi or Urdu or Nepali;(b)testimonials of practical experience as an Electrical Workman from any Licensed Contractor or Registered Company;(c)electrical workmen's Permit, if any;(d)a BRN receipt in support of payment of the fee (Annexure-IV); and(e)three copies of a recent photograph (size 50.80 mm X 63.50 mm) all of which shall bear his signature on the back.
