Section 9(1) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009
(1)The approved aggregate gain or loss to the Generating Company or Licensee on account of uncontrollable factors shall be passed through as an adjustment in the tariff of the Generating Company or Licensee over such period as may be specified in the Order of the Commission passed under Regulation 8: 13
