22B.
A candidate may either be a male or female and must-(a)be under 40 years and over 25 years of age on the 1st day of August last preceding the month in which applications are invited;(b)possess the educational qualifications laid down in rule 6(6) of Part II;(c)possess at least six years' experience of managing a zamindari or tenure.
