11. Journey outside the State how computed.
- Journey outside the State shall be computed as follows :-(1)From a place within the State to a place outside the State only that much journey as is between the last railway station within the State and the destination outside the State.(2)From a place outside the State to a place within the State only that much journey as is between starting station outside the State and the first railway station within the State.
