Section 24 in Karnataka Ground Water (Regulation and Control of Development and Management) Act, 2011
24. Public to give information regarding contravention of the Act.
(1)Any person, who is aware of any contravention of the provisions of this Act, may in writing inform the same to the Authority.(2)On receipt of such information, the Authority may on enquiry take action in respect of such contravention under this Act.
