21. Other Conditions.
(1)The Department may require any Mineral Concession Holder to take up environmental friendly activities and set up such modern facilities like weigh bridges, computers, offices at the mining sites or his premises.(2)The Department may lay down such other conditions from time to time on the Mineral Concession Holders as it may deem fit in order to enforce the provision of the Act and these rules.
