Section 29(1) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(1)As soon as particable after the close of the poll the Election Officer shall close the slit of the ballot box, and where the box does not contain any mechanical device for closing the slit, he shall seal up the slit and also allow any polling agent present to affix his seal.
