Section 17(1) in Rajasthan Muslim Wakf Regulations, 1964
(1)The minutes of every meeting together with the names of members present shall be recorded by the Secretary in Hindi or Urdu in a book specially kept for the purpose and signed by the Chairman at the meeting and also by the Secretary.
