Section 42(i) in West Bengal Societies Registration Rules, 1963
(i)The first annual general meeting of the club shall be called by the secretary of the company at such time and place as the company may direct and, until it is so called, rule.................. shall be in abeyance; but special general meetings of the club may be called by the company if required for electing a wine committee and officers.
