Section 42 in West Bengal Societies Registration Rules, 1963
42. The following modifications of the rules shall have effect until the club is fully constituted:
(i)The first annual general meeting of the club shall be called by the secretary of the company at such time and place as the company may direct and, until it is so called, rule.................. shall be in abeyance; but special general meetings of the club may be called by the company if required for electing a wine committee and officers.(ii)Until a committee has been constituted all powers of the committee (including the making of bye-laws) shall be exercised by and vested in the board.Bye-LawsI.
