(ii)Certificate of apprenticeship training issued under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme by the Directorate-General of Employment and Training and National Council for Training in Vocational Trades in the trades of fitting or motor mechanic or Turner of Carpentry or Machinist (Composite) with two years teaching or practical experience; or
