Section 7(3) in The Orissa Factories (Control of Major Accident Hazard) Rules, 2001
(3)Rule 8 shall apply to an isolated storage which involves a quantity of hazardous chemical listed in column (2) of Schedule II, which is equal to or more than the threshold quantity specified in the entry for that chemical in column (3) thereof.
