Section 3(f) in The Rajasthan Financial Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1958
(f)"Special Pay" means an addition, in the nature of pay, to the emoluments of a post or of an employee granted in consideration of-(i)the specially arduous nature of the duties; or(ii)a specific addition to the work or responsibility.
