18. Meetings of Town Vending Committee.
(1)The meetings of the Town Vending Committee shall be held at least once in three months and at other shorter intervals as may be necessary to transact its business:Provided that the first meeting of a Town Vending Committee shall be convened by the Chairperson within 45 days from the date of its constitution.(2)The business of the Town Vending Committee shall be conducted as per the rules applicable for the conduct of business of the Council of the local authority concerned.(3)The meetings of the Town Vending Committee shall be held at the Headquarters of the local authority concerned or at such other place within the jurisdiction of the local authority, as may be decided by the Chairperson, from time to time.
