Section 19(1) in Tamil Nadu Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015
(1)The Town Vending Committee may follow such procedure for the transaction of its business as may be decided by the Chairperson in consultation with the members.
