19. Procedure for transaction of business of Town Vending Committee.
(1)The Town Vending Committee may follow such procedure for the transaction of its business as may be decided by the Chairperson in consultation with the members.(2)Subject to the provisions of the Act and these rules, the resolutions of a Town Vending Committee shall be passed by simple majority of the members present and voting in the meeting.
