Section 8(1) in Indian Broadcasting (Programme) Service Rules, 1990
(1)The relative seniority of members of the Service appointed to any grade in accordance with rule 6 at the time of initial constitution of the service, shall be governed by their relative seniority obtaining on the date of commencement of these rules.
