Section 2 in Rajasthan Right to Information Rules, 2005
2. Definitions.
(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Right to Information Act, 2005 (Central Act No. 22 of 2005);(b)"Commission" means the Rajasthan Information Commission.(c)"Section" means section of the Act.(2)The words and expressions used herein, but not defined, shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Act.
