Section 252(3) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(3)wherever number of workers employed by single employer is less than five hundred, such employers may form a group and appoint a common safety officer for such group of employer's with prior permission of Chief Inspector.
