1. This batch of petitions, could not be listed inadvertently on 09th August, 2021, and have been listed pursuant to an office note. The challenge relates to the communications dated 17th July 2019 and 09th September 2019 issued by the Pharmacy Council of India ("PCI"), whereby a moratorium Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:SAPNA SETHI Signing Date:27.07.2022 18:50:06 had been imposed for opening of new Pharmacy colleges/ courses.

2. Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, counsel for the Petitioners, points out that issue urged in the present petition has already been decided in a batch of petitions [with lead matter being W.P.(C) 175/2021 titled: Shaheed Teg Bahadur College of Pharmacy v. Pharmacy Council Of India] on 7th March, 2022, which decision was then also followed in another batch of petitions [with lead matter being W.P.(C) 1074/2021 titled: Swami Vivekanand College of Pharmacy v. Pharmacy Council Of India] decided on 10th March, 2022.

3. In view of the above, the present petitions are disposed of, with the impugned communications being set aside in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 7th March, 2022.

4. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
