1. Short Title and Extent.
(1)This Act may be cited as the Central Provinces and Berar Accommodation (Requisition) Act, 1948.(2)It extends to the whole of [Vidarbha Region of the State of Maharashtra] [Substituted vide the Maharashtra Adaptation of Laws (State and Concurrent Subjects) Order, 1960, clause 4 (1).].
