45. Power to remove difficulties.
(1)If any difficulty arises in g, provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, published in that make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as r. necessary for removing the difficulty.(2)No order shall be made this section after the expiry of two ale commencement of this Act.(3)Every order made under this section shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is made, before House of State Assembly.
