Section 13(1) in Graphic Era Hill University Act, 2011
(1)The Chancellor may be appointed for the period of five years from amongst all members of the management board of the [Graphic Era Educational Society, Dehradun] [Substituted by section 3 of Uttarakhand Act No. 3 of 2013.] by majority. After that Graphic Era Educational Society, Dehradun shall appoint Chancellor among his members with prior approval of the Visitor.
