Section 17(1) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(1)Each Faculty of the Vishwavidyalaya shall have a Dean, who shall be a whole time salaried officer of the Vishwavidyalaya appointed by the Vice-Chancellor in such manner prescribed and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.
