Section 13(iii) in Bihar Boilers Attendants' Rules, 1948
(iii)to enquire into allegations of incompetence, negligence or malpractice on the part of Boiler Attendants holding certificates of competency or certificates of service granted by the Board and to take such action as may be considered necessary, including suspension or cancellation of certificates;
