Section 1 in Telangana Mutually Aided Co-Operative Societies Act, 1995
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- This Act may be called the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.28, Agriculture and Co-operation (Coop.II) Department, dated 19.04.2016.] Mutually Aided Co-operative Societies Act, 1995.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.28, Agriculture and Co-operation (Coop.II) Department, dated 19.04.2016.].(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may by notification in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.28, Agriculture and Co-operation (Coop.II) Department, dated 19.04.2016.] Gazette, appoint.
