12. Removal of member.
- The State Government may remove any member of the authority who-(a)without excuse, sufficient in the opinion of the State Government, is absent more than four consecutive meetings of the authority,(b)has, in the opinion of the State Government, so abused his position as a member as to render his continuance on the authority detrimental to the interests of the authority.
