Section 41(1) in Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Act, 1997
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the Council may by regulation regulate-(a)the recruitment and promotion in respect of persons appointed to the district cadre post in that district;(b)the recruitment to the posts borne on the Divisional or State Cadre.
