41. Power of the Council to make recruitment to certain posts.
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, the Council may by regulation regulate-(a)the recruitment and promotion in respect of persons appointed to the district cadre post in that district;(b)the recruitment to the posts borne on the Divisional or State Cadre.(2)For purpose of sub-section (1) the Council shall establish a Recruitment Board and Departmental Promotion Committee in such a manner as may be prescribed.
