Section 7(1) in Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2015
(1)A social worker to be selected as a Member of the Board shall be a person not less than 30 years of age and not more than 65 years of age and have either of the following qualifications, in addition to a minimum of five years experience and engaged in planning, implementing or administering measures relating to health, education, child rights and other development activities related to children preferably:(i)A post-graduate degree in social work/health/education/psychology/child development or in any social science discipline.(ii)In case suitable candidates having minimum qualifications as per (i) are not available in the district, Selection Committee can recommend candidates having (a) graduate degree in subjects mentioned in sub para (i) and experience for at least five years;
